Our policy is to prepare all products according to our documented food safety and quality plan, which emphasizes safety, quality, and care throughout the manufacturing process.
Our products have been certified by the international community, and our quality meets international standards, including HACCP and ISO.
Our products are produced in compliance with Australian laws and government regulations, including the Food Act, Dairy Act, and internationally recognized quality standards such as the World Health Organization (WHO), Australian Standards (A.S.), and the International Dairy Federation (I.D.F), ensuring that potential hazards are identified and controlled throughout the process.
Our Certification
Along with Food Standards Australia and New Zealand (FSAND), the Australian Quarantine and Inspection Service (AQIS) administered the Imported Food Programme, ensuring that food commercially imported into Australia meets Australia’s Quarantine Standards and the Food Standard Code.
AQIS also provided inspection and certification for a range of agricultural products exported from Australia, to ensure compliance with overseas countries importation requirements.
Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) certification from SGS ensures the integrity of your food manufacturing process as well as your compliance with food safety regulations. Assurance of the safety and quality of food is an important consideration for consumers today. A GMP is an important enhancement to your food safety management system, which increases your customers’ confidence in your commitment to trading and producing safe, high quality food.
The Australian Made and Australian Grown trade mark logos signify products whose ingredients or production mostly originate from Australia. The logo is accompanied by one of the following phrases, either Australian Grown, Australian Made or Product of Australia.
HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point) is the systematic preventative approach to food safety.
It addresses physical, chemical, and biological hazards as a means of prevention rather than finished product inspection.
Halal Certification is a recognition that the products are premissible under Islamic law. These products are thus edible, drinkable or usable by Muslims.
The Therapeutic Goods Administration (TGA) is part of the Australian Government Department of Health and Ageing, and is responsible for regulating therapeutic goods including medicines, medical devices, blood and blood products.
The TGA also regulates manufacturers of therapeutic goods to ensure they meet acceptable standards of manufacturing quality.
The NSW Food Authority represent we are ensured by New South Wales government that our food is safe and correctly labelled.
